When do I pay the commission?
Only after a job is completed and payment is collected from the customer. If you decline a job or a job gets cancelled, you owe nothing.
What determines the commission rate — 10% or 20%?
Commission varies based on job type, urgency, and your tier. Emergency and same-day jobs command higher service fees, so your take-home is typically higher even at 20%.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Back Office or Hybrid at any time. There's no lock-in on the On-Demand plan.
