When you book service through OrchaNow we connect you with a licensed, insured HVAC technician in your area.
Service Call Fee: A $89 service call fee ($119 emergency or after-hours) is required to dispatch a technician. This covers diagnosis and a written quote. Repair work is quoted separately and you approve all costs before any work begins.
Scheduling: All service must be scheduled through OrchaNow — by phone or at orchanow.com.
Working with our technicians: For 12 months after service, please continue booking your technician through OrchaNow. Direct hire outside our platform is not permitted.
Need the same tech again? Just request them when you book — we'll send the same person whenever possible.
OrchaNow operates a dispatch platform that connects residential and commercial customers with independent licensed HVAC technicians ("Technicians") in your service area.
Technicians dispatched through OrchaNow are independent contractors, not employees of OrchaNow. Each Technician maintains their own licensing, insurance, and trade credentials.
A non-refundable service call fee is required for every dispatch:
This fee covers dispatch of a licensed Technician, travel to your location, professional diagnosis, and a written quote for any repair work.
Repair costs, parts, and labor are quoted separately. You must approve any repair quote in writing or verbally before work begins. No work is performed without your approval.
OrchaNow has invested significant resources to recruit, vet, and dispatch qualified Technicians. The Technicians introduced to you through OrchaNow are the result of OrchaNow's platform and business relationships.
For a period of twelve (12) months following the date of any service performed by an OrchaNow-dispatched Technician at your property, you agree NOT to:
How to continue service: Simply request the same Technician when you book through OrchaNow. We'll send the same person whenever possible.
Violation of this clause results in $1,000 in liquidated damages per occurrence.
OrchaNow takes reasonable steps to vet Technicians, including verification of licensing and insurance. However, OrchaNow does not directly perform HVAC work and is not responsible for the workmanship of independent Technicians.
Technicians are solely responsible for the quality, completeness, and safety of their work. Any warranty on parts or labor is provided by the Technician or manufacturer, not by OrchaNow.
OrchaNow's total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to OrchaNow for the specific job giving rise to the claim. OrchaNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If you are unsatisfied with the work, file a complaint with OrchaNow within 7 days of service completion. We will investigate and may, at our discretion, offer a refund, credit, or arrange for re-service.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
By submitting a service request, paying for services, or receiving services from OrchaNow, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
