The service call covers the technician's visit and diagnosis. You'll always approve the repair price before any work begins. Repair costs vary depending on the issue.
We place a temporary authorization for the service call fee when the technician is dispatched. Final charges are only completed after you approve the repair quote. You are always in control.
No problem. You only pay the service call fee. The technician diagnosed the issue and gave you a quote — if you choose not to proceed with the repair, you are never pressured and you only owe the visit fee.

Technicians & Quality
Yes. All technicians are reviewed and approved before joining OrchaNow. We verify licensing, insurance, and conduct background screening. You will never have an unverified technician show up at your home.
Yes. All work completed through OrchaNow is backed by our service guarantee. If something isn't right after the repair, we come back and make it right. Your service is also fully documented so there is always a record of what was done.
