Joining OrchaNow Pros is completely free. There are no signup fees, no application fees, and no monthly fees for the On-Demand plan. You only pay a commission when a job is completed and paid.

The commission is 10–20% per completed job. The rate depends on the job type and urgency. Emergency and same-day jobs have higher service fees, so your take-home pay on a 20% commission job is often more than on a standard job at 10%. You'll always know the rate before accepting a job.

Only after the job is completed and the customer payment is collected. If you decline a job, if the customer cancels, or if the job doesn't happen — you owe nothing. Commission is deducted from the customer payment before your portion is sent to you.

$149/month plus $10 per booked call. This covers live call answering by OrchaNow dispatchers who book jobs directly to your crew. There are no hidden fees. You get a clear monthly statement showing every call answered and every job booked.

None. No activation fee. No listing fee. No software fee. No fuel surcharge. The only costs are the commission on completed jobs (On-Demand) or the flat monthly rate plus per-call fee (Back Office). That's it.

When a customer submits a request in your area, you get a text message with the job details — address, type of service, and urgency. You reply YES to accept or NO to pass. First to respond gets the job.

No problem. Decline as many as you need — there are no penalties. We pass the job to the next available tech. Your standing on the platform isn't affected by occasional declines, though techs who accept consistently get priority matching.

Jobs are matched based on your registered service zone and your availability settings. We don't send you jobs across the city — you only get requests that are within your area so driving time is always reasonable.

Primarily residential HVAC service calls — AC not working, heat not working, maintenance tune-ups, strange noises, and emergency breakdowns. Most jobs are urgent (same-day or emergency), which is why customers pay a premium service fee. Higher urgency = higher fee = more money for you.

The customer still pays the service call fee ($89 standard / $119 emergency). That service call revenue is split — you receive your portion for the visit and diagnosis even if no repair was completed. You never show up for free.

OrchaNow collects payment from the customer. Your portion is paid to you via Zelle, check, or Venmo — whichever you prefer. Payouts happen weekly. No chasing customers, no unpaid invoices.

OrchaNow handles payment collection. Customers pay through our secure system before or at the time of service. You are not responsible for chasing payment — that's our job. If there's a payment dispute, we handle it, not you.

Yes. Every job is logged in our system — customer, address, service performed, amount collected, and your payout. You can request a full job history at any time.

Yes. Many OrchaNow Pros techs start part-time — evenings and weekends — to build up their income before going full-time. You set your own availability, so you only get jobs when you're actually available to take them.

No minimums. Take one job a week or ten. There are no requirements. That said, techs who are consistently available and responsive get matched to more jobs over time.

Yes. The On-Demand plan has no lock-in — you can stop taking jobs at any time. The Back Office Plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees.

OrchaNow fills the gaps. On your slower days, between your booked jobs, on evenings and weekends — we send you additional paying work with zero marketing effort on your part. You keep your existing customers completely. OrchaNow is additive income, not a replacement.
